This is the first article for my Learning Blog.
Withdrawing From Law School
Today, around 7 a.m., I officially withdrew from full-time, in-person, law school with my 3.51 GPA. I was only in my second semester and had completed: Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Jurisprudence.
There were many reasons for withdrawing. However, the primary reason was that after hours of prayer and agonizing over the past few weeks, I have determined God has a new path for me. This path might involve a slower, part-time, online program. Only time will tell.

For now, I am exploring a passion I have had since I was young. A passion for technology. Ideally, I would find a way for these two fields to intersect. I imagine: cyber-security law, national defense law, or software development intellectual property.
Moving Out
Since I lived on campus, my apartment lease had a condition of being enrolled at the law school. I will officially be moving out on 11/18/2024.
However, I am gratefully not alone. In fact, I am engaged. Therefore, WE will go off on this journey together.

A New Path Forward
Today begins, my path of securing gainful employment in the technology industry. I am open to various roles. I am not picky. I am sure my preferences will change as my knowledge of the industry increases over time.

Isaiah 30:21 (NKJV):
“Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying,
‘This is the way, walk in it,’
Whenever you turn to the right hand
Or whenever you turn to the left.”
