Hebrews 4:13

(ESV): “And no creature is hidden from His sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”

(NKJV): “And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”

(HCSB): “No creature is hidden from Him, but all things are naked and exposed to the eyes of Him to whom we must give an account.”

God has omniscience; nothing is hidden from Him. God sees all. God is aware of our struggles, our fears, our doubts, and the times we act with evil intentions. God is ALSO aware of our victories, when we overcome our fears, the moments we act in faith, and the times we offer assistance with proper-good intentions.

Proverbs 14:27

(NLT): “Fear of the LORD is a life-giving fountain; it offers escape from the snares of death.”

(KJV): “The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.”

(NASB): “The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, By which one may avoid the snares of death.”

God’s path will set us straight. God’s path is a highway. It ALWAYS leads us closer to Him.

Matthew 6:1-4

(NLT): “What out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. When you give to someone in need, don’t do as they hypocrites do–blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get. But when you give to someone in need, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.”

(HCSB): “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of people, to be seen by them. Otherwise, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. So whenever you give to the poor, don’t sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be applauded by people. I assure you: They’ve got their reward! But when you give to the poor, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.”

(NKJV): “Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.
